I set out this morning to try to make my life a bit easier when it comes to managing by business’s various projects and I found a very compelling online software tool that allows a company to manage and collaborate on projects. Projjex.com markets itself as a business collaboration solution for small and medium sized businesses that allows users to establish tasks and completion dates, make notes on a project’s progress, chat interactively about a projects, create a central data store for Word documents, PDF files, drawing files, etc. and a lot more. The best part about Projjex.com, though, is the price. They charge nothing — that’s right, it’s FREE — for the basic version. And while the paid version of this web collaboration tool provides some additional functionality, the free version will be fine for most small businesses.
